MURDER and VOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER

    On February 15, 2000, Danny Brown called Antonia Jackson a/k/a "Silk" for crack cocaine.  Silk arrived at the home of Danny Brown with Corey Williams.  Williams showed a .38 cal. weapon.  Brown got his .45 cal colt and showed it to Silk.  Silk refused to give the gun back to Brown.  Brown and Silk struggle over the gun.  Williams shot Brown in the head.  On June 28, 2002 the jury convicted Williams of Felony Murder by aggravated Assault, and voluntary manslaughter.
