CIVIC GROUPS
AND CHARITIES
Pat
has been active in various civic groups, and has worked with the American Cancer
Society and the United Way in their fund raising efforts. He is currently active with
those organization, serving on the Advisory Board and Campaign Board for the United Way and
is serving on the
Committee for the American Cancer Society in Cobb County. For several years, Pat performed on a
regular basis with former State Representative Bill Atkins and his band for
various civic and charitable organizations such as the Girls Club, March of
Dimes, and the American Cancer Society. Pat has also performed for various
Church activities as well. In June 2006, and 2007 he participated in
the Muscular Dystrophy Association ride in Marietta. Pat has
received the Victim Services Award as Outstanding Prosecutor from the Crime
Victim’s Advocacy Council, the Illuminating Hope Award from Safe Path
Children’s Advocacy Center and the Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award
from the Smyrna-Oakdale Moose Club.
