EDUCATION
Pat
is a graduate of Marietta's own Southern
Tech (now Southern Polytechnic
University). He received his Associate's Degree with Honors in 1972 and
his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering Technology Management with honors in
1974. Pat received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Woodrow
Wilson College of Law in June
1978.
Pat completed specialized legal training at Northwestern
University School of Law, completed the Career Prosecutors Course at the National
College of District Attorneys in
Houston, Texas has completed the National College of District Attorneys
Executive Program for Prosecution Leadership and has received additional
training at the National Advocacy Center in
Columbia, S.C.
